A quote experience that helps homeowners say yes
It's not a PDF and a price. Every quote runs on a tried-and-tested journey — modern, interactive, and built to give homeowners everything they need to feel confident saying yes.
Finance that makes better heating affordable
The biggest reason a heat pump doesn't happen is the upfront cost. Ample removes it. Fair, flexible finance lets homeowners spread the cost over a timeframe that suits them — so when the monthly figure feels manageable, a yes follows, and more quotes become booked work.

"They all say they don't want finance when you talk to them, but then you put it in front of them and they all take it."

Take a load off
Built-in finance shouldn't come with strings.
With Ample it doesn't — nothing to set up, nothing to change in how the job gets done, and no catch. Just more jobs won, with none of the cost or the admin.

Standard on every quote
Finance isn't a bolt-on for the occasional job — it's built into every quote as standard. That's what makes it work: when affordable heating is simply how every quote is presented, more homeowners say yes.

Nothing to set up, no tie-in
No subscription, no standing fees, no minimums, no lock-in. Finance is built in as standard — and Ample earns its place by making jobs easier, not by tying anyone down.
The Ample Portal
One portal, the whole job.
Everything in one place — your quotes, your finance, your payments. The Ample portal is where you manage a project from first quote to final payment, with nothing to chase and nothing falling through the cracks. Already run your own CRM? Ample integrates with popular ones like Payaca, so you can work the way you already do.
Frequently asked questions
We've heard every question going — here are the ones that come up most.
No standing charges, no membership fee, nothing to pay just to be on the platform. You pay a clear, fixed fee per project — and only when you’ve got work on, so there’s no overhead sitting on you between jobs. Everything’s transparent and agreed upfront, with no hidden extras.
No — you keep working the way you already do. Ample works with any MCS-compliant design tool you’re already using, so there’s no new system to learn and no rebuilding your process. We also have special rates with some software providers, so it’s worth asking us for details.
No — you don’t need your own MCS certification to work with Ample. Installs you do with us are certified through our accreditation, so the recognised standard and the grant eligibility are covered either way. If you’re already MCS-certified, that means you can offload the admin and cost of maintaining it; if you’re not, there’s no need to be. Either way, you focus on the installs and we carry the MCS side.
You’ll need an appropriate heating-system qualification, an unvented hot water cylinder qualification, and access to a qualified electrician. You don’t need your own MCS accreditation — that’s covered through ours — but it’s great news if you have one, as you’ll already be experienced with heat pumps and working to the standards we require. From there, we’ll check you meet our installer standards before your first job, so every install carries the same quality.
No — there’s no contract, no minimum commitment, and no membership fee. Once you meet our installer standards, joining is straightforward: you pay a clear, fixed fee per project, and only when you’re working — nothing between jobs. We don’t tie you in because we’re confident that once you’ve worked with us, you’ll want to keep coming back.
