It piled up in evenings and weekends, and it carried real risk. A missed BUS deadline or an incomplete handover pack could hold up a grant or a sign-off — customer waiting, team firefighting, momentum gone.

We handle the MCS certification, the IBG, the DNO application and the BUS grant claim — every install certified through our accreditation — and we build the handover pack and register the warranties, workmanship and manufacturer. The team finishes the install and moves straight to the next one. The paperwork is handled before anyone has to think about it.

The outcome

Same team, more installs, none of the admin.

Since joining Ample, Homestead have handed five hours of admin a week back to their team — time that now goes into quoting, surveying and fitting.
